Where is Knowledge in the Organization?

Embodied: Knowledge is in ideas, qualities, and feelings.

Embedded: Knowledge surrounds the organization tightly, enveloping and enclosing the organization.

Embrained: Knowledge is contained within conceptual skills and cognitive abilities.

Encultured: Knowledge comes from a shared understanding through socialization and aculturalation.

Encoded: Knowledge is conveyed through signs and symbols and is deconceptualized.
