I’m thinking that the
13″ 11″ Macbook Air might be a deal for $999.
I’ve been seeing how businesses use iPads for the *WOW* factor when interacting with customers, and I’m thinking about what sort of impressions or assumptions a thin, aluminum, sexy notebook has on clients and customers (being as hanging up my own shingle as a management consultant has been a regular point of reflection).
There’s no two ways about it – looking at the innards, the Air is by far a better designed piece of hardware. I just have to internally rationalize paying the premium for an Apple product versus two $500 laptops.
