Interim Director of Information Technology, 1/2014-present

  • Supervises a staff of 3 full-time and 2 part-time staff encompassing desktop support, networking and infrastructure, enterprise systems, application support, website design and maintenance, and academic technology.
  • Provides a vision for Information Technology for the College and collaboratively authors an annual 3-year IT Strategic Plan.
  • Provides strategic planning for the implementation, maintenance, and sustainability of the College’s information systems in collaboration with the College’s Executive leadership.
  • Creates, monitors, and improves IT internal controls, information security, business continuity and disaster recovery, and risk management procedures to protect the College’s assets and reputation.
  • Led the implementation of ADP Workforce Now for the College’s HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance system.

Coordinator of the Salem Center and Special Projects, 8/2013-12/2013

  • Supervised the Salem Center facilities and acted as primary liaison to the administration at the Carneys Point campus.
  • Met regularly with the on-site administrator of the Salem County One-Stop Career Center to ensure that the College provides all needed services to the One-Stop Career Center and its clients.

  • Identified a need to improve student training process. Managed, authored, and administered a project with a 30-day turnaround to deliver online student training via Penn’s KnowledgeLink, SAP SuccessFactors, and Articulate Studio. Delivered training to 100% of student workforce within 30-days.
  • Assisted in the attainment of Penn’s Green Office Sustainability Certification for both the Central Office and 10 satellite locations.

MVP (Multiple Vehicle Purchase) Specialist, 05/2000-02/2003

  • Generated $200k annually in profit through sales of financial products, warranty contracts, service agreements, and lender financing.
  • Used an online marketing database vendor and dealership-level resources to data-mine customers based on key demographics and psychographics for targeted mass mailings.
  • Developed a Special Finance business plan for credit-challenged customers; implemented a module-based training regimen that was integrated into the Saturn Consultative Sales Process.
  • Audited and monitored dealership and departmental performance on a daily basis through custom Excel dashboard and monthly financial statement.
  • Developed and maintained a relationship with the local Enterprise-Rent-a-Car Regional Office to deliver approximately 200 vehicles annually for a profit of $71k.  Ordered vehicles, followed their process through the manufacture and delivery process, scheduled service preparation and inspection time, and facilitated delivery within a 45-day time-frame.
